Chromebooks for Instructional & Administrative Use

Deadline for Proposals: Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope or box by May 1, 2024, at 1 p.m., (Eastern Standard Time), and be clearly addressed to Brad Boykin, Fiscal Year 2024 Chromebooks, Bulloch County Schools Transportation & Technology Annex, 219 Simons Road, Statesboro, Georgia 30458. The bid opening is at 2 p.m. on May 1, 2024.
Project: Purchase of Chromebooks conforming to the design specifications, terms, and conditions for instructional and administrative purposes.
Questions & Answers: Should any vendor have questions, the form prescribed in Appendix A shall be used, one question per form. All questions shall be emailed to the attention of Brad Boykin, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Bulloch County Schools, at bboykin@bullochschools.org. Upon receipt, all questions will be logged, dated and numbered. The answers to such questions will be posted on this website for access by all vendors.
Basic Maintenance on Mitel Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Equipment

The bid opening will be at 2 p.m., on April 25, 2024
Project: You are invited to submit a formal proposal for three years of maintenance and support of Mitel VoIP equipment in accordance to the attached general conditions and specifications. Maintenance costs should be billed on an annual basis.

Project: You are invited to submit a formal proposal for Internet Access in accordance to the General Conditions and Specifications of the posted packet. All interpretations of this invitation must be in writing from Josh Mattos, director of technology for Bulloch County Schools.
