Welcome to Bulloch County Schools

Our school district is a public, pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade school system. We are classified as a Strategic Waivers School System by the Georgia Department of Education. We have an international accreditation from Cognia (formerly known as AdvancED) to provide services to our more than 11,000 students in a consolidated system with 15 school campuses, a virtual learning program and three alternative learning programs.

In our school district we are guided by a set of core leadership values for all adults and students. From our Board of Education to our classrooms, our school system is aligned to our five-year strategic plan (2022to 2027).  The Board of Education adopted this plan on May 12, 2022. These are highlights of the plan. View the full plan here.

Bulloch County Schools will continue to prepare its students to be contributing members of society, based upon their interests and abilities, and provide opportunities to pursue the colleges and careers of their choice.

Our mission is to prepare students for success and enhance community value.
