How to Rent our Facilities

Bulloch County Schools is a public school system.  Our facilities are built and maintained with public funds and as such belong to our community. Many of our facilities provide space for public events which serve and benefit our community. They are available to rent at times outside of our normal school operations and at nominal fees that cover the basic costs of utility usage, custodial services, and wear and tear.

Bulloch County Schools uses the services of a third-party vendor, Facilitron, to manage online rental requests. By providing this service online, we improve your rental experience, increased 24-7 customer service and continue to reduce our environmental footprint with paperless options. Renters can access photographs and descriptions, see real-time availability of facilities, receive estimated quotes, and submit rental payments online. The online service provides options that are in keeping with the Bulloch County Board of Education's policies. School district administrators still make final decisions on all facility use requests.  

The online platform will guide you through the following:

  • Create a user account for your organization.
  • Help you verify your non-profit status if applicable.
  • Collect payment on the district’s behalf.  Payments can be submitted conveniently and safely using a major credit card, check, ACH/eCheck, or Paypal.
  • Collect proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) with a convenient upload and/or through the site.
