Bulloch County Schools acknowledges that parents and guardians are the primary sexuality educators for their children, and our our educators are committed to partnering with you to provide supplementary resources to support you in this role.

Curriculum Review Sessions for Families

Opportunities for parents to review the curriculum:

  • Contact your child's Health or Physical Education teacher.

  • Contact your school's principal for an individual review session at the school.

  • Contact the school district's Central Office at 912.212.8500 and make an appointment with Debbie Sarratt, the School Improvement Director who oversees the Sexuality Education program.

  • Attend a Parent Curriculum Review Session.  The school district will host review sessions two weeks prior to the beginning of sexuality education each semester. These are upcoming scheduled sessions:

    • Second Semester - March 22, 5-7 p.m. in the Central Office cafeteria.  Guests should enter the entrance marked E under the portico on the southeast side of the building. To provide appropriate social distance for public health for all guests, please pre-register your attendance.
